Together for Adoption is a regional adoption agency providing support for those looking to start their adoption journey from Cheshire West and Chester, Halton, St Helens, Warrington, Wigan and surrounding areas.

Curious about adoption, but not ready to commit?

Our Adoption Information Session is a relaxed, no-pressure opportunity to learn more.

You’ll have the chance to:
• Get an overview of the adoption process, what it entails and what is required as a prospective adopter in the assessment and beyond.
• Ask questions in a supportive environment. You can ask questions live in the session or through the chat function.
• Where possible, hear a personal story from a previous adopter from Together for Adoption
• Connect with our welcoming and friendly team

This session is for information only; there is no requirement to move forward and enquire after the session if now isn’t the right time for you.

Come and meet some of the Adopt London South team so that we can start a conversation about your adoption journey. This event is the first step in your learning about the adoption process and an opportunity to find out more about the children in London needing families. We will deliver a presentation about the adoption assessment, you will hear about the impact of adoption on children, what is expected from you, and about the types of support that we can provide to help.

Are you considering adoption, or just exploring your options? Our online Adoption Information Events are the perfect place to learn more! Whether you’re in the early stages or have been thinking about adoption for a while, our events will give you valuable information and a feel for what it’s like to adopt with Caritas Care.

What to Expect:

Our events are led by a dedicated Adoption Social Worker who will walk you through the adoption process step-by-step.
There will be an opportunity for you to ask questions and to also hear the stories from adoptive parents who will share their journey with you. (Available: 12 Jan, 10 Feb, 11 Mar, 9 Apr, 11 May, 9 Jun, 8 Jul, 6 Aug, 7 Sep, 6 Oct, 4 Nov and 3 Dec)

You will also have a chance to learn about different paths, including traditional adoption and Early Permanence options like Fostering for Adoption and Concurrent Planning.
